The Family Joules are made with our new inherently flame resistant flex denim. We completely changed the fit to be more accommodating to bending and climbing before we launched the family joules. Comfortable through the seat and thigh without being too baggy. These high quality jeans are built to last with heavy duty zippers, deep pockets and bartack stress points. This item meets the performance specification ASTM F1506-18 which is the Standard Performance Specification for Flame Resistant and Electric Arc Rated Protective Clothing Worn by Workers Exposed to Flames and Arcs. This specification is called out in OSHA 1910.269, NFPA 70E and CSA Z462. This clothing item is UL Certified and meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018. It is considered flame resistant clothing for protection against short term duration thermal exposure from fire in accordance with NFPA 2112-2018. Note that NFPA 2113 requires upper and lower body coverage.

This garment will maintain its flame resistant properties for the life of the garment provided wash and care instructions are followed.
