I am a union millwirght, I work in the heaviest industrial settings. These jeans are about the same price as carharts,( which have really decreased in quality, not to mention are mostly MADE in HONDURAS or NICARAGUA now), but the quality of this product is the best I have used yet. They have been through heavy rigging, welding, torch cutting, bearing grease, paper pulp. They do run slightly big, which is not a problem, you just have to pull the belt pretty tight, or order the next size down. I am a big guy and they fit me with plenty of room to spare. Its comforting to see an union/american made product, be offered with such high quality and competitive prices.
These jeans were o.k. I wish they had two utility pockets on both the right leg and the left leg instead of a hammer loop. Also the stitching is white instead of the usual gold I'm use to. These have no gusset but I don't seem to notice with these jeans. I like another american brand jean better but these jeans cost less. Another thing with these jeans that seems off is the bottom leg part is curved. I don't iron jeans so hopefully that goes away after washing.
It was a Tuesday evening when I tried these jeans on out of the package and did not let my wife wash them until Thursday morning. They absolutely fit just like Carhartt jeans. The quality is superb. It's a shame that I will eventually wear them down. I will be buying more long before that happens, though.
