Ordering Polices and Procedures
Ordering Information
Orders may be placed either from this site or by phone. Key information is critical to the successful delivery of your items. Information must include requested delivery dates, art work and shipping instructions.
Production Time
Production time is normally 3 to 4 weeks after initial order and customer artwork approval. However, some items require more or less lead time depending on the size of order, imprint method or complexity.
Express Service
Express or rush service is available with most items, but may increase the cost of your order. Please contact us if you require express or rush service.
Cancellations
Orders that are placed either on our website or with Customer Service are considered Firm. However, we understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. Therefore, if an order needs to be cancelled, we require written notice before production has begun. Orders that have already been decorated will be billed at cost for work completed.
Quantity Changes in Order
Any increase or decrease of quantity for an order will be treated as a new order. Price adjustments will be made accordingly.
Packaging Terms
Standard bulk packaging is used in most orders unless otherwise specified. If you require special packaging please contact our Customer Service department with these needs.
Overruns and Underruns
Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities ordered. Despite this, sometimes overruns and underruns occur. In keeping with industry standards, an overrun or underrun of not more than five percent (5%) is considered acceptable. Only items shipped will be reflected on the invoice.
Returns
If items need to be returned please contact our Customer Service department directly. Items need to be returned within 30 days of shipping. Merchandise returned to our factory without return authorization will not be accepted.
Proofs
Actual pre-production samples will be sent only when requested in writing. Usually, customers will be sent an artwork proof to acknowledge before production begins. Failure to provide this acknowledgement will delay the production of your items. Please note that any changes, after production begins, in their item or artwork will result in new screen, die or art charges.
