Return Policy
- If you don't like your purchase, simply email us at customerservice@allusaclothing.com.
- Once requested, please allow between 24 to 48 hours for a Return Authorization.
- Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
- If item is incorrect or defective, we will pay to ship it back.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Returns
can only be accepted with a return authorization number. Otherwise a restocking fee will be assessed at 20% of the original garment cost.
- Fax or email AllUSAClothing.com (248-539-0232) for a RA number.
- The RA number must be written on the box.
- Please send us the Tracking Number for the returned item.
- ALL USA Clothing will not accept returned decorated, dirty, discontinued
or closeout items.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible) and with all tags and/or paperwork to insure full credit. Products cannot be returned once worn outside or washed, unless due to manufacturer's defect.
- Restocking
charges may be assessed on large or custom orders due to
refused shipments, incorrectly ordered sizes or customer
errors. Freight charges may also be assessed.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. There are no returns on underwear unless defective. Please contact customer service for exceptions to our Standard Return policies and instructions on how to return these particular items.
